What Makes You Beautiful?
So ... What is inner beauty? I have done a lot of research and this is what I found:
Your self-confidence, your attitude, your sense of purpose, the love of others and compassion
Confidence, flexibility, a bright smile, focusing on what you have, not what you do not do
Your unique light is your greatest asset and unique definition. This is what makes you spark and most importantly, it is already sitting inside you. Some cultures refer to "free" - your status or your spirit. I would like to refer to it as your plan; it includes your qualities "as a whole" - your personality, your body physiology and your presence.Everything about you exists for some reason, and they come together to reflect a clear and intentional image that exists for a specific purpose.
In my humble opinion, the last film by Sarah Whitaker is closest to defining inner beauty because it is comprehensive. It's your signature and no two people have the same thing. The problem I face with others is that self-esteem, sense of purpose and a bright smile are not fixed. There are days when my trust is shot, I do not feel like I'm smiling and I do not do it and I wonder about my goal. Is my beauty less than that in those days? what do you think?
I also feel that some of the things we do not like about ourselves are what make us beautiful. For example, I did not like being a fan. Frankly, I still face that because people sometimes see it as a sign of weakness. But I'm working on this part of me. For example, I have realized that calm allows me to observe and get a better understanding, an advantage. People seem to trust me because they know that what they share does not go anywhere. It also makes people curious because they do not know what to think.

By the way, my introverted colleagues, there is an excellent, calm book, by Susan Caen on the subject I highly recommend.
Well, I said earlier that I have to answer the question - "What makes me feel pretty?" This is what I wrote:
I feel the most beautiful when I am in harmony, that is to say I have inner peace. Here are some of the few things that helped me get into this space (which is not ranked by priority). I feel pretty when:
I am helping others, especially when I do coaching.
I am writing! Sharing my inner thoughts.
Driving and listening to a book on CD (especially a James Patterson Alex Cross book).
Walking along the towpath at Colonial Park on a nice day. Just being among nature.
Socializing with my family or friends.
Now, it's your turn!
